Zimmermann's in Cologne

Cleaning method observed, this was unprofessional. On January 15th, shortly after 3 p.m., I went to the bakery Zimmermann and bought 1 bag of Muzen. When entering the sales room, the employee opened the left glass flap at an angle, where the cake is being kept. She sprays glass cleaner into the open pane of glass, the aerosols can reach the pieces of cake. As far as I know, you should always spray detergent on the cloth. Now I don't buy a cake there anymore !!

The best bakery in the southern part of the city with small, own creations such as the famous pepper pretzel, many varieties of Crossiant and wonderful breads. Priced rather high, so only four stars.

Always nice staff, super delicious baked goods and super pretty & delicious cakes to order. Unfortunately often very busy and a long line, but that shows how delicious it is.

Incredibly unfriendly employees. Especially the taller blonde with glasses gets snotty pretty quickly with extra requests. It was suggested to me to "pre-order by phone" if there were three or more open sandwiches. In addition to the excessive demands and reluctance of the employees, it is also quite expensive. Previously a regular customer, no longer a customer.

Very unfriendly to non-regular customers and you get old or unsuccessful rolls or even pastries

Sometimes I have a cappuccino there and eat a plum cake.

In terms of taste, this is really the best bakery in the area, but unfortunately I have to agree with the other voices: the service (older lady) is really not polite !! Then you get annoyed for a moment, but it still tastes great. Another waitress (very young man) is great. So it's also about luck.

Quichteilchen, Franzbrötchen, crispy baked pretzels with pepper, pudding, scrambled eggs etc. everything just delicious. Nice and friendly sales people. Cool baker. I always like to come to this bakery in the early morning. The tempting variety is fun. Please stay with us for a long time. Many thanks.

Easily one of the best backerei's in Bonn. Highly recommend their Peffer Bretzel. And their fitness sandwich!

OK bakery. Looks a bit 90's. Nothing else is around so this place gets quite a crowd. Payment only in cash

The one of the employee speaking english is so rude, we just ordered some sandiwiches which are exactly same with the ones we ate 2 days ago and she put ham inside it, we just asked to remove them because we never said to put ham inside it and suddenly she started to shout we asked why she is so angry and told us that we at first ordered ham and then cancelled it which is impossible because we never eat ham in our life.

A great bakery with a lot of selections
